metaX is an independent German family business. For more than 20 years metaX has been researching, developing, producing and marketing FSMPs for the dietary management of various disease specific conditions: Protein supplements (powdered, liquid, tablets) and a delicious range of low protein products are making life easier for patients with Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM). Furthermore, our portfolio includes e.g. supplements for food fortification, a system of micronutrients, a thickening agent and a range of products for Chronic Renal Failure (CRF).
All over the world, our dedicated specialists cooperate with experts from prestigious universities, specialized clinics, research laboratories, competent business partners – and patients.

metaX develops and manufactures almost all products in house and is certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO 9001:2015 standard. State-controlled production facilities, many years of experience, sound knowledge and highest quality demands provide excellent product quality. Our products are analyzed and monitored by accredited laboratories – service to our customers, without compromise. We set our hearts at striving to develop products to offer patients choice and thus supporting them in their endeavor for adherence to restrictive dietary demands.
